Today, 30 August, is the last day for political parties, coalitions and independent candidates to submit their lists of candidates for the municipal and regional elections. According to the Ministry of the Interior of the Slovak Republic, these elections will be held for the first time on one date and in one polling station on Saturday, 29 October of this year. Every citizen of the Slovak Republic and foreigner who has permanent residence in the municipality and is 18 years of age by the day of the elections is entitled to vote.
