Defense Minister negotiates with American chargé d'affaires

Bilateral cooperation in the field of defense and security between Slovakia and the United States, the current situation in Ukraine, the joint action of allies in support of its fight against Russia, and the strengthening of NATO's collective defense were the main topics of today's negotiations between Slovak Defense Minister Jaroslav Naď and chargé d'affaires of the US Embassy in Slovakia, Nicholas Namba. It was their first meeting together since Namba took office. On this occasion, Minister Naď praised the quality and development of Slovak cooperation with the United States, as well as the extent of US participation in the multinational NATO unit operating in Slovakia. For his part the American chargé d'affaires described the development of bilateral relations between the two countries as positive, which he said are reaching a new level.
