Human Rights League provides free legal advice to foreigners

As of 1 July, the Human Rights League in Slovakia provides free legal assistance to foreigners who come from countries outside the European Union, on issues of residency and obtaining citizenship in particular.

“As part of the project we have on our website also anonymous on-line legal counselling, which foreigners can use free of charge to obtain information quickly, while we provide further legal aid if necessary only in individual form,” informs the league. The Human Rights League will be providing this kind of services until 30 June of next year. The project is financially supported by the European Union from the European Fund for the Integration of Third-country Nationals within the framework of the program Solidarity in Management of Migration Flows.
