Upon the arrival of the new economy minister Pavol Pavlis the attitude of the state to possible funding for the new nuclear power plant in Bohunice is changing.
Minister Pavlis, unlike his predecessor, does not reject the determination of a fixed purchase price of electricity from this nuclear power plant, which is a condition for the entry of Russia’s giant Rosatom into the project. “If it is in accordance with EU and Slovak law, I do not see any problem in determining purchase prices,” Pavlis told the Pravda daily.
