The two new Slovak ambassadors to Denmark and Switzerland presented their activity plans at a session of the parliamentary foreign-affairs committee on Tuesday. The new ambassador to Denmark will be current Foreign Ministry spokesman Boris Gandel, who will replace Radomir Bohac.
Gandel has been working at the ministry for almost 16 years and has experience from the embassy in Russia as third secretary and as a deputy ambassador at the Slovak Embassy in Prague, where he worked for four years. Former chief of the European Commission Representation in Slovakia Andrea Elschekova-Matisova will become the new Slovak ambassador to Switzerland. She will replace current ambassador Jan Foltin.
