Ivan Mikloš, who served in the past as Slovak Deputy Prime Minister, Finance Minister and Privatisation Minister and MP has been advisor of Slovak President Zuzana Čaputová for economic policy since mid-March, said the head of the President Office's communication department Jozef Matej. "He held various advisory positions in Ukraine between 2015 and 2020, including being the chief economic adviser to the Ukrainian PM and leading a strategic group of advisers to support reforms in Ukraine," reads the president's website. They further point out that Mikloš is also a co-founder of the Ukrainian economic think-tank Centre for Economic Strategy and currently is the president of the economic think-tank MESA10. He is also a member of the Strategic Council for the Implementation of Slovakia's Recovery and Resilience Plan led by the prime minister. He also advises the Moldovan premier.
