The central crisis management team on Tuesday dealt with problems concerning the integration of Ukrainian refugees. Interior Minister Roman Mikulec (OLaNO) stated that what needs to be addressed is long-term accommodation and the provision of food, for instance.
"The situation on the [Slovak-Ukrainian] border and in Ukraine is a little calmer, and we are using this time to polish the measures that are already in place today, that we have applied, and to think about what awaits us in the future, especially with regards to integration," said the minister. A solution to the issue of long-term accommodation should be drawn up and proposed by an integration group. According to Mikulec, the solution should be ready as soon as possible.
