The EU delegation to Ukraine consisting of European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, EU head of diplomacy Josep Borrell and Slovak Prime Minister Eduard Heger has arrived in the country by train, Heger himself reported on Twitter and Facebook on Friday morning. As he stated, they were to discuss proposals for assistance with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal. “To help get an EU perspective by creating a reform team. To offer options for transporting grain, including wheat, and to increase the use of the Slovak humanitarian hub," tweeted Slovak premier.
