The Government at its session on Wednesday approved funds of more than €205,000 for the Agriculture Ministry to purchase seeds and fertilizer as part of the humanitarian aid for Ukraine. In connection with the war in Ukraine that began on February 24, Ukraine's Transcarpathian Fund based in Uzhhorod asked the Slovak Government for material aid in sowing crops in the Transcarpathian region of Ukraine and other farms further east of Transcarpathia.
