What is the role and place of European foreign policy – is a question that the head of EU diplomacy Catherine Ashton will seek an answer to in Bratislava, as she is paying an official visit to Slovakia on Tuesday.
Moreover, the development of the situation in Ukraine and the Western Balkans will be a topic of the discussion held at the Slovak Foreign Ministry. Slovak President Andrej Kiska is also to meet EU High Representative Ashton and honour her with the state award of the White Double Cross.
