President Zuzana Caputova on Tuesday signed a Parliament-approved package of amendments known as 'Lex Ukraine', which among other things will introduce changes in providing allowances for those who accommodate expatriates, exempt Ukrainians from paying tolls and vignettes, and adjust policies concerning the granting of asylum.
