The situation in Ukraine and the strengthening of the defence of NATO's eastern border are the main topics which Latvian President Egils Levits should be discussing during Monday’s visit to Slovakia. He has a meeting with his Slovak counterpart Zuzana Čaputová and with the Slovak Prime Minister Eduard Heger on his schedule. Moreover, Levits should take part in the discussion organized by Globsec with the main topic being European Security: Immediate Challenges and Long-term Strategy.
