The NATO summit taking place on Thursday should confirm that the alliance does not want to engage in combat in Ukraine, said Slovak President Zuzana Čaputová before her departure to the event. "It is clear that NATO will not cross and does not want to cross the red lines that would mean a combat presence in Ukraine," stressed the president. The NATO leaders will discuss further assisting Ukraine, strengthening the Alliance's eastern wing and the impact of the war in Ukraine on the Allies. In this context, Čaputová will provide information regarding how Slovakia is managing the situation.
