Slovak Foreign Affairs Minister Miroslav Lajčák met his Austrian counterpart Sebastian Kurz and Hungarian Foreign Ministry State Secretary Péter Szijjártó to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the fall of Iron Curtain at the Austrian-Hungarian border close to Klingenbach on Friday.
Along with Austrian and Hungarian representatives, Lajčák signed the Freedom Charter at the site in order not only to commemorate the 1989 revolutions, but also to express constant determination to maintain and preserve freedom in Central Europe.
