Let's Stop Corruption: Gov't has kept less than a third of anti-corruption promises

The Government hasn't kept even a third of its anti-corruption promises during the first half of its term in office, Lucia Pazicova of the 'Let's Stop Corruption' foundation told TASR on Monday, adding that the organisation sees the biggest progress made in fighting corruption in investigations of cases led by the National Crime Agency (NAKA) and the Special Prosecutor's Office.

According to the foundation, the biggest plus under the current Government is that the police have started investigating corruption cases involving prominent people. However, government officials haven't adopted even a third of what they promised among systemic measures, stated the foundation when marking the halfway point of the electoral term of the governing coalition composed of the OLaNO, Freedom and Solidarity (SaS), 'For the People' and 'We Are Family' parties.
