Slovak Alpine skier Petra Vlhova finished third in the final slalom event of this year's World Cup in the Meribel ski resort in France on the weekend. The Slovak finished behind Slovenia’s Andreja Slokar and Germany’s Lena Duerr. Notching up her 56th podium appearance in the World Cup series, Vlhová already clinched the small crystal globe for best slalom racer of the 2021/2022 season in mid-January.
