Slovakia is suspending its cooperation with Russia in the spheres of science, research and exchanges for Russian students as well as with institutions under Russian auspices, and it will not finance planned bilateral projects, Education Ministry State Secretary Ludovit Paulis announced at a press conference on Friday. In addition, Slovakia will not be sending people with stipends to Russia, nor will it accept any from Russia, and the finances that this will free up will be used to support the employment of Ukrainian scientists.
