Prime Minister calls for stop to dissemination of Russian disinformation

Prime Minister Eduard Heger calls on those who disseminate pro-Russian disinformation to cease doing so. Heger posted his call in response to the shelling of a maternity hospital in Ukrainian city of Mariupol by Russian army. Russian attacks against Mariupol have claimed almost 1,200 civilian lives thus far. Prime Minister objects to the fact that some politicians and a certain small part of Slovak society still maintain that war crimes are not taking place in Ukraine. "Out of respect to the victims who did nothing wrong, I call on you to stop disseminating these lies and disinformation. Stop lying to the Slovak people," he posted on his social media profile. According to Eduard Heger, Russian President Vladimir Putin has been committing war crimes in Ukraine.
