On Thursday, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen visits Slovakia to meet with Slovak Prime Minister Eduard Heger and discuss the situation in Ukraine, Slovakia’s eastern neighbor. Earlier in the week, von der Leyen said that Russia's invasion of Ukraine is a "moment of truth for Europe" and the future of the old continent is at stake.
