In connection with the deteriorating security situation in Ukraine, the Foreign Affairs Ministry recommends that Slovaks leave without delay certain areas, including the Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions, the ministry reports on its website.
The Foreign Ministry does not recommend travelling to Ukraine, regardless of the purpose of the trip. It also recently decided to withdraw family members of employees serving at the Slovak Embassy in Kiev and the Slovak General Consulate in Uzhhorod.
