Real estate prices in Slovakia rose by 22% year-on-year in the last quarter of 2021, the Slovak Central Bank (NBS) reported. Compared to the third quarter of the same year, real estate prices increased by 6.6%. According to the bank, the steep growth is related to a notable decline in supply.
