On Monday, Slovak foreign affairs minister Ivan Korcok traveled to the Kyiv-controlled territory of the Luhansk region along with his Czech and Austrian counterparts, Jan Lipavsky and Alexander Schallenberg respectively, accompanied by Ukrainian Foreign Affairs Minister Dmytro Kuleba. Korcok noted in Luhansk that the conflict in Eastern Europe is not a recent situation and has been ongoing for almost eight years. During his visit to eastern Ukraine, the Slovak foreign minister handed over a symbolic cheque worth €50,000 for the provision of health care in Stanytsia Luhanska and its vicinity. The health treatments there are provided mostly to people crossing the contact line. On Tuesday, Korcok, Lipavsky and Schallenberg are participating in talks in Kyiv.
