Both the Slovak and American interpretation statements on the Defence Cooperation Agreement (DCA) are in full accord, President Zuzana Caputova declared on Tuesday.
Caputova added that she would welcome it if the American interpretation statement were released, too.
"It means that both contractual parties interpret the text of the deal essentially the same way," pointed out Caputova.
