Bobsledder Viktória Čerňanská, hockey player Marek Hrivík, wheelchair curling player Monika Kunkelová and para-hockey player Marián Ligda took a solemn vow on behalf of the entire Olympic and Paralympic team in the presence of Slovak President Zuzana Čaputová on Monday at the Presidential Palace in Bratislava. The XXIV Olympic Winter Games will take place from 4 to 20 February in Beijing and will feature a total of 50 Slovak athletes, while the XIII Paralympic Winter Games are scheduled for 4 to 13 March.
