Foreign Affairs Minister Ivan Korcok is attending this year’s first session of the Foreign Affairs Council in Brussels on Monday. Korcok and other EU foreign ministers are to discuss the security situation in Eastern Europe as well as developments in Syria and Libya. The session will be also attended, albeit remotely, by US Secretary of State Antony Blinken. On Friday Blinken met with the Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov to talk about Russia’s military build-up on Ukraine’s borders.
