The legal analysis of the possibility of introducing mandatory vaccination against COVID-19 has been completed, Health Minister Vladimir Lengvarsky reported on Wednesday following the Government’s session. Lengvarský, however, claimed that he wants to first show it to Prime Minister. The minister stated in this vein that the option had been long discussed by experts, but the final decision would be made at the political level. "I personally continue to advocate mandatory vaccination, at least for selected risk groups," said Minister Lengvarsky, explaining that it would concern the elderly and workers in critical infrastructure.
