Entrepreneur Norbert Bödör was released from custody on Sunday. He faces charges in numerous cases, being charged of carrying out economic criminal activities and leading a criminal group together with former Police Corps President Tibor Gašpar and former Special Prosecutor Dušan Kováčik. The decision to release Bödör from custody is not yet valid. The prosecutor in charge appealed against it to the Supreme Court. A trial in one of the cases with Bödör is set to start in February.
