In May inflation in Slovakia, calculated according to the methodology of the European Union, stood at zero percent year-on-year. In monthly terms, prices of food and non-alcoholic beverages grew slightly by 0.21 percentage points while those in postal services and telecommunications went down by 0.03 percentage points.
