People’s interest in a third shot against COVID-19 has been enormous, Health Minister Vladimir Lengvarsky has stated in his year-end review of 2021: "[Interest] has been sky-rocketing," said the minister, claiming that the largest proportion of people in the vaccination e-waiting room is made up of those who’ve applied for a third jab. In Lengvarsky’s opinion, this can be chiefly attributed to the recently introduced financial reward for elderly people who register for vaccination against COVID-19. Meanwhile, public interest in the second and first shots has also risen, albeit only slightly. Carried out in October on a sample of 1,000 respondents.
