Meteorologists warn of freezing weather

The Slovak Hydrometeorological Institute warns of low temperatures. These are to be recorded especially in the north of Slovakia. Temperatures may drop to minus 19 degrees Celsius. The low temperature poses a potential danger to human health and physical activities outdoors. The Christmas holidays in Slovakia, however, will see warmer days with occasional rain or snowfall.
