Slovakia is the third country in the EU to have an operational agreement for its recovery plan payment requests approved. Prime Minister Eduard Heger informed about this on his Facebook account on Wednesday, adding that the agreement had been released for the public, and anyone could monitor the progress of recovery plan measures and how individual ministries are fulfilling their obligations. Among other details, the agreement includes a precise breakdown of when Slovakia plans to ask for payments and how much. In line with the agreement, the country will request payments twice a year until 2025. Next year, Slovakia plans to ask for €458 million in the second quarter, then another €814.7 million in the final quarter.
