At its regular session on Wednesday, the Government tasked Health Minister Vladimir Lengvarsky and Justice Minister Maria Kolikova with producing an analysis of the introduction of mandatory vaccination. They are also supposed to analyse the possibility of limiting the reimbursement from public health insurance for health care provided to a positive person who has voluntarily decided not to be vaccinated. Opinions on the mandatory vaccination of high-risk groups differ within the coalition. Although a serious political decision in itself, Justice Minister Kolikova sees no problem with introducing such an obligation from a legal point of view. She pointed out that the state had been "forcing people to receive mandatory vaccinations against several diseases already".
