A regular flight from Copenhagen to Bratislava has been resumed after 13 years, TASR learnt from Bratislava Tourist Board (BTB) spokesman Julius Buday on Tuesday. Ryanair’s operation of the flight resumed on November 1. Flights between the two destinations were last offered in 2008.
"The new routes connecting Bratislava with other metropolises are very important for the revival of interest among foreign tourists. In the first eight months of this year only 777 Danes stayed overnight in our capital, approximately 15 percent of the total number in 2019, which stood at 5,143," said the BTB spokesman.
