Slovakia supports admission of Romania, Bulgaria and Croatia into Schengen Area

Romania, Bulgaria and Croatia have met the necessary conditions to enter the Schengen Area, which is why Slovakia supports their admission, stated Interior Minister Roman Mikulec at the V4 conference in Budapest. According to the ministry, the free movement of people, goods and services is a key factor for Europe's recovery from the pandemic. According to him, the Slovak Republic also fully supports the recommendations of the Council of the European Union to temporarily restrict trips to the EU that are not necessary.
