The Slovak Prime Minister Eduard Heger (OLaNO), who is currently attending a summit of EU-member and Western Balkan countries in Slovenia, reaffirmed Slovakia's support for EU enlargement on Tuesday evening.
"We support the idea of continuing the enlargement process, we've had this opinion for a long time and we'll present it even today," said Heger before an informal dinner of EU leaders on the eve of the summit.
Heger came to the dinner from a coordination meeting of the Visegrad Four (V4: Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Poland and Hungary) prime ministers, which took place at the Hungarian embassy in Ljubljana. According to the Slovak premier, their talks focused mainly on Western Balkan countries.
