Rector of the Technical University in Zvolen Rudolf Kropil was elected as the new president of the Slovak Rectors Conference at its session in Nitra on Friday. Kropil is replacing Libor Vozar, rector of Constantine the Philosopher University in Nitra, who served as Slovak Rectors Conference’s president for two two-year terms. The statutes didn't allow him to run for a third time.
