Revenues in most sectors up in July 2021

Revenues in all sectors of Slovakia's economy except construction posted year-on-year (y-o-y) growth in July, cumulatively by 2.8%, the Statistics Office reported. The most significant increase was posted in transport - 10.4%. Revenues in services and construction have still not regained the levels seen before the coronavirus pandemic. Meanwhile, those in information and communications activities exceeded pre-pandemic levels and grew by 9.8% y-o-y. Conversely, revenues in construction fell by 3% y-o-y in July and were 16% below the level before the pandemic.
