The no-confidence motion on Interior Minister Roman Mikulec (OLaNO) has been moved to the regular parliamentary session due to be held in September, as there weren't enough MPs in the chamber, even after a break, on Tuesday morning. The opposition is attempting to oust Mikulec over several matters, including the situation at his ministry and within the police, along with suspicions of corruption and obstruction of justice. According to opposition party Smer, Mikulec visited Matej Z., a witness in several high-stakes corruption cases, in his flat to coordinate the testimonies of witnesses in these cases. Mikulec denies the accusations. He claims that he doesn't know Matej Z. and has never met him.
