The Health Ministry is still evaluating the possibility of administering a third dose of the two-dose COVID-19 vaccination, according to spokeswoman Zuzana Eliašová. "The matter of administering a third dose will depend on expert studies and recommendations, while the decisions of vaccine producers, the European Medicines Agency [EMA] and the World Health Organisation [WHO] will also be important. We'll then provide a comprehensive report," stated the spokeswoman. When asked whether Slovakia has enough vaccine doses in stock for a third shot to be administered, the ministry said that it does, claiming that it's monitoring the situation very closely and aiming to respond in advance.
