President Zuzana Caputova met with Health Minister Vladimir Lengvarsky (OLaNO nominee) on Tuesday to discuss the current epidemiological situation, President's spokesperson Martin Strizinec confirmed to TASR on the same day.
"Also broached was the stabilisation of medical personnel and the preparation of the healthcare system for the third wave of the pandemic," added the spokesperson. During the talks, Caputova and Lengvarsky also touched on the measures surrounding the scheduled visit of the Pope to Slovakia in September.
