Prime Minister visits village with lowest percentage of vaccinated

The need to increase the vaccination rate against COVID-19 in regions was the fulcrum of the meeting between Prime Minister Eduard Heger (OLaNO) and the mayor of the village of Klenovec Zlata Kastanova, central Slovakia, on Thursday. "This region is one of those with the lowest percentage of people vaccinated against COVID-19 in Slovakia," Heger pointed out. The Prime Minister stated his intent to ask the inhabitants of the central Slovak Banska Bystrica region about their objections to the vaccination and explore ways to address them. Heger believes that people need explanations. "Because those who had made up their mind have been vaccinated already and those who hesitate need answers."
