Poprad Airport resumes flights to London Luton

Poprad Airport will resume flights to London Luton Airport after a four-month break brought about by measures imposed against the COVID-19 pandemic. The next flight is scheduled for Wednesday August 4, airport director Peter Dujava has confirmed. In August the flights will be available once a week, on Wednesdays. From September they will be scheduled twice a week, on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Air carrier Wizz Air will again operate the flights, which had previously been available until March 2021. "I am very glad that the flights have been resumed, we have done a lot to bring this about. I want to believe that they will attract interest. Everything will depend on the COVID situation," Dujava commented.
