Poll: Health Minister most trusted, Finance Minister least trusted

The Slovak public perceives Health Minister Vladimir Lengvarský (an Ordinary People party nominee) as the most credible minister, according to a poll by the Focus agency. On the other hand Finance Minister Igor Matovič is the least trusted.

Lengvarský with 36.5% of the respondents claiming that they trust him was followed by Economy Minister Richard Sulík (35.6%), Education Minister Branislav Groehling (32.9%) both Freedom and Solidarity party, Environment Minister Jan Budaj (Ordinary People 32.7%), Foreign Affairs Minister Ivan Korčok (SaS, 30.1%), Prime Minister Eduard Heger (Ordinary People, 30.1%), Labour Minister Milan Krajniak (We Are Family, 29%), Transport Minister Andrej Doležal (We Are Family, 25.1%), Justice Minister Maria Kolíková (For the People, 24.3%), Interior Minister Roman Mikulec (Ordinary People, 21.6%); Defence Minister Jaroslav Naď (Ordinary People, 21.5%); Agriculture Minister Jan Mičovský (Ordinary People, 21.2%); Investment Minister Veronika Remišová (For the People, 20.9%); Culture Minister Natália Milanová (Ordinary People, 20.7%); Deputy PM for Legislation and Strategic Planning Štefan Holý (We Are Family, 12.7%) and Finance Minister Igor Matovič (Ordinary People, 11%).

The survey was carried out on a sample of 1,008 respondents in mid-May.
