Kollar and Kolikova reach compromise on amendment to collusive custody

We Are Family head Boris Kollar reported on Wednesday that Justice Minister Maria Kolikova (For the People) and his party have agreed on the wording of a draft amendment that is expected to adjust the length of custody to prevent witness and evidence collusion, also referred to as 'collusive' custody.
The new amendment is expected to shorten the length of the type of custody in question to five months from the original seven. Kollar claimed that Kolikova promised him that she will draw up a new, more comprehensive amendment in the autumn that will reduce its length even further.
