Czechia labels Slovakia as high-risk country as of Monday

As of Monday, Slovakia is labelled as a high-risk (red) country in terms of coronavirus spread by its western neighbour the Czech Republic for a week. Travellers from Slovakia need a negative antigen test for coronavirus no older than 24 hours or a negative PCR test no older than 72 hours to be allowed to enter the Czech Republic. They are also required to fill in an arrival form, present it to the relevant regional hygiene office and show it to the authorities, if asked so. After arriving in the Czech Republic from Slovakia, people will have to self-isolate until they show a new negative PCR test, which they should arrange within five days at their own expense. Following a negative test, they are be obliged to wear a respirator everywhere for 14 days. Vaccinated people are exempt from these rules.
