The Russians do not object to Slovakia releasing the contract for the purchase of the Sputnik V vaccine, according to Sputnik V's official Twitter account. "We do not object to Slovakia publishing the Sputnik V contract. The Pfizer contract should clearly be published as well and compared. Based on real-world data, Hungary announced that Sputnik V is performing better than Pfizer. Is the Sputnik V contract better as well?" reads the tweet.
On Saturday, the Slovak Health Ministry stated that it has not received any official statement of this kind from the Russians. Earlier in the week, Slovak Health Minister Vladimír Lengvarský announced that the contract would eventually be published even if the Russian side did not agree with it.
