Trenčín Regional Court decided to extradite Slovak swimsuit model Maria Kukucova, indicted with the murder of British businessman and former boyfriend Andrew Bush in Spain, said Trenčín Regional Court spokesman Roman Tarabus on Wednesday.
“The judge approved the motion of the prosecutor to extradite the defendant in order not to obstruct the European arrest warrant procedure. An appeal against this decision hasn't been filed yet; her lawyer plans to use the lawful three-day deadline to make up his mind (whether or not to file an appeal),” said Tarabus.
