The only democratic and reasonable solution to the current Government crisis is to announce an early parliamentary election, Voice-SD party leader and Independent MP Peter Pellegrini said at a press conference on Monday. He called on Prime Minister Igor Matovič (OLaNO) to end the government crisis by resigning and asking Parliament to pass a law on shortening the electoral term. The Voice-SD leader stated that the governing coalition has completely resigned from its fight against the pandemic in recent weeks. "We have the worst government in Slovak history. We haven't really seen such chaos, confusion and disruption in the management of the state in the 28 years of our independence," he added.
