This year, high school students in Slovakia will not take their final exams called maturita with both oral and written parts being cancelled, announced Education Minister Branislav Gröhling on Monday. Similarly to last year, the final grades will be calculated as the arithmetic average of end-year marks from all years and half-yearly marks from the last two years.
