About €244 million from the Recovery Plan budget have been earmarked for the judicial reform, according to material that the Finance Ministry uploaded for comments on the Slov-lex legal website. Out of the total sum, €202 million from the recovery plan are allocated to co-financing building-related investments and court reorganisation, whereas the remaining €42 million are to be used for digitisation and the development of the judiciary's information systems. The Slovak recovery plan is to stay submitted for comments until March 22.
